Thanks to this feature the LX329 has increased reliability and\u00a0demonstrates long-term failure-free operation.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Narrow linewidth master oscillator, supplemented if required with\u00a0a multi-pass amplifier, provides ideal quality of radiation with\u00a0Gaussian beam profile and low divergence.
